This Privacy Policy describes how the above-named entity (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information that we collect when you interact with us in person (such as at one of our facilities), or that we may collect when you visit one of our websites, use our mobile applications, communicate with us through social media, and/or use any other online service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). In some circumstances, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual, you must attach a copy of a completed Authorized Agent Designation Form indicating that you are able to act on another person's behalf.
How We Protect Personal Information
